PTFE (Teflon) Coated Fiberglass Fabrics
Coated with a specially formulated PTFE ( Teflon ) resin compound, our PTFE fiber glass fabrics are featured with properties of nonflammability, high-temperature resistance, chemical resistance, and abrasion resistance, and also flexible enough to be sewn or fabricated, and easy to clean.
The PTFE coated fiber glass fabrics are mostly used for the following applications –
- Removable or reusable insulation jackets, mattress and pads;
- Fabric expansion joints and compensators;
- Fabric ductwork connector;
- Furnace curtains, welding curtains, welding blankets and fire blankets;
- Weather-proof or moisture-proof covers;
- Conveyor belt
PTFE Coated Fiberglass Fabric – TF3732
TF3732 is a PTFE impregnated woven fiberglass fabric, offering high temperature protection, flexibility, durability and has a continuous operation temperature up to 315 degree C (600 degree F).
Either 1-side coated or 2-side coated are available.
TF3732 fabric is specifically designed as a jacketing material for removable insulation pads and blankets, TF3732 is easily sewn, will not absorb liquids and can be wiped clean.
TF3732 offers excellent chemical resistance, low flammability and excellent flame resistance.
Application:
Removable insulation blankets and pads, spray shields, expansion joints and welding blankets/curtains.
